Austin is not liked very much amongst her fellow employees. Its not that she is mean or hard to work with or anything like that....The problem is she takes in all the customers leaving next to nothing for all the other barberesses. So of course anyones first conclusion is that she must cut really good hair, however the truth of the matter is she cant cut hair very well at all.
